Awesome customer service. We have a storage in Charlotte with Easy Storage and no doubt, I won’t use anyone else. Clean facilities, coded gate and code to get indoors to storage. Secure and safe. Melina is such a sunshine to any day with her pleasant personality, professional attitude, courtesy and detailed information. Excellent choice for storage with friendly staff. Kudos

The rental process was easy and efficient. The price compared to others was the lowest I found for the size that i needed. I received great customer service. The facility is clean and well maintained. The location was easily accessible and secure.

I was surprised at how helpful the manager(Mona) was at Extra Space Storage in Fayetteville N.C. She really went out of her way to ensure that my storage needs was met. I highly recommend this place.
