Probably one of the most friendly businesses I've spoken to yet in Fayetteville. Both the workers were very personable and we talked at length while exploring my storage options. Dewayne was extremely helpful as I'm leaving the country for work very soon and managed to snag me a deal ASAP. The facilities are very nice and the price is half of what I expected to pay so I have nothing by praise for this establishment.

They are very professional, have great customer service skills and have all the answers to your questions. They price rates are great and beat all the others around plus a clean and secure facility

Web site shows 24/7 open, office open on sundays 10a-6p. I came in on Sunday rented a unit to be told I can’t can’t access it until Monday! So I had to turn around with loaded U-Haul and drive back 45min and pay U-Haul for extra 2 days and double the mileage

I have rented a room for nearly twenty years, seeing my fees increase steadily. The unit that started off at $115 had risen to nearly $300 when I got a letter saying it was raising to $350 because of "maintenance costs". There has been ZERO maintenance to my unit in twenty years. NEVER have they contacted me regarding the interior of the unit. There was clearly no pest control as my belongings went in clean and ended up with thousands of spiders and Beatles. Other than the move in, I have gone into the office only twice... read more
