Marlon of the Extra Space Storage facility on the 6000 (approx.) block of south Harlem Ave. in Chicago provided friendly and responsive service during my visit this afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of my objectives, as I was interested in a unit at the same facility as my husbands. He walked me to the available unit and answered all my questions in a courteous, friendly and patient manner. I would recommend Marlon and was very appreciative of his professional manner.
