Extra Space Storage and the team at this location have exceed my expectations again. In bitter 7 degree, Chicago weather, While reloading my tools into my unit, I was trying to beat the 10pm access deadline. Well, I didn't make it. I got locked out of the building, with tools inside the building, in front of my storage unit. I called the emergency number, from the parking lot and spoke with some one. I highly recommend this establishment! even after errors (of my own) Marlon was extremely helpful in helping me choose the correct unit size. Excellent customer service!! It's always clean and anytime I've had to deal with staff, everyone is always very nice.
