The absolute best customer service experience I've had in a long time. I've never used a storage facility before and all my fears went out the window after walking into the office. Thanks for being so kind and considerate to me and putting my mind at ease after I left that everything will be alright.

Rats here. Enough said. As a college student, it really sucks to come back from the summer and have poop/urine all over my mattress foam, clothes and duvet. Had to throw away almost all of my stuff along with tons of sentimental belongings because of the feces. I offered for the employees to look through my belongings/take pictures with me to ensure I didn't have any food and they refused/asked me to just forward them the pictures because they didn't want to go near the stuff themselves.
