I’ve been using this storage place for a couple of years now while I traveled for work. It’s been great! The only downside was that one time water seeped in and damaged some of my boxes, and the rates went up over 2 years (from $42 to $111/month). But the workers are always responsive and very nice. Keith helped a lot with my move out and it was great. Would use them again.
How great is it to have a company actually call you to find out why you missed your reservation? And then have a fabulous representative make the call? I've used them before. This is the reason I'm a returning customer. Don't change! You are appreciated!
Keith and Kay were exceptionally pleasant while I was looking for somewhere to store my brother's belongings. I would definitely refer this place to anyone that needs storage with a friendly atmosphere. Great job!!!
Ms. Kay(CSR) and Mr. Keith(Manager) were very welcoming when I came in. Ms. Kay(CSR) did her THANG!! 😎She was friendly, polite and answered any question I asked. Mr. Keith(Manager) made me feel like my belongings would be good while at his facility. He's a down to earth type of guy.😎
Had a great experience storing my belongings there! The space was always clean and the staff was incredibly helpful (Kay and Roberto were great when I was moving out!)
