this place is a piece of shit !! i'm renting TWO units they say it closes at 10pm i'm literally on my way out by 10:04pm and 2 cops cars stop me my mom and my husband and tell us we're tras passing and we don't have permission to be there ..there is NOOOOO WAYYYY IN HEEELLLLLLLLLLLL the cops were called at 10pm and took them only 4 minutes to arrive not even for a murder does this happened which means they were called away before closing hours the cops treated us like criminals even after showing them our units they wanted t... read more

I put my things in here May 2019 June 1, 2019 majority of my stuff was stolen had the person on Camera license plates filed a police report and nothing ever happened of it forward to December 2019 my unit is once again broken into and all my Christmas gifts are stolen moving my stuff out as i type this DO NOT GET YOUR STORAGE HERE

The girl w the pink hair is extremely rude to loyal paying customers. So much so I cleaned out my unit and just moved elsewhere, nobody gets to speak to me like that, even if I was in the wrong. Took my business elsewhere, kiss my 150 a month GOODBYE! They raised my rent 3 times in one year too. I never saw a no smoking sign anywhere the whole year when I rented there, and it was happening inside my own vehicle, and she just went off on us. I am very upset with extra space storage the took money from my husbands payee account without permission, I called and spoke with Ashley Trujillo and she said to come in on the 3rd of May ad she will wave the late fee and set my dates for the third of the month well on the 2 of May my husband went to the bank the account was overdrawn and it cost us a 39.00 fee I don't know how they got the credit card number and we never gave them permission to access it. Horrible experience all around . When I went to pay my bill they told me I owed 2 months !!! Which was a shock to me . I asked to speak to Brian because everything I made a payment he would process it . The lady than began to tell my he was fired for stealing the ac and from storage units . I didn't want to argue with them so I paid the 200 . A few months later I go and clear my unit . And I have this girl come in her go cart and start giving me attitude saying I needed to pay 13 dollars because I was there for four days . ... read more
