I love Extra Storage. The young who runs this site it nice. They keep the site clean, which is very nice.

So...I've been renting with extra space for a few years now but a CALL CENTER AGENT almost made me change my mind ....she was rude, and didn't listen to anything I said.I stated that I had a bad leg and she put me all the way in the back of the storage facility... I went into the office and there I found an angel.... Mrs PAOLA went above and beyond to get me a closer unit and I got it Thank you Mrs PAOLA for being and awesome employee for this company they need more like you in that reservation center!!!

Brian and his staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating to all my storage needs. I own a small business and need the extra storage from time to time. Great place for a month or 2 or long term storage, my valuables are safe and secure at extra space.

They raised their prices twice within 6 months to "compete with other companies" With a 89% increase in rent. Higher price for a urine smelling building with other tenants random junk sitting in the hallway for days. the only good thing about this place was their app. Opening the gate with Bluetooth straight from my phone is Pretty neat. Until the app decided not to work and hasn't been patched, so good luck with that. so as the saying goes "Abandon all hope, ye who enter here" and pay a better price for a nicer spot becaus... read more

In the last year of renting a storage unit with Extra Space Storage, I had to deal with a rat infestation that damaged my belongings, and I also recently had everything stolen from my unit. The thieves also used my personal documents to steal my identity. The storage facility did nothing to help me after the theft. I trusted Extra Space Storage to protect my stuff and they failed. I don't wish what happened to me on anyone. Do not trust your things with this facility. They do not care about their customers or their security.... read more

First and foremost Art has no customer service whatsoever. Every interaction with him is poorly handled. My only complaint about the facility is the hours of operation. It is difficult to move my belongings in or out especially since I live and work in Los Angeles after selling my house in San Bernardino. I haven't used the facility for even a year and my rent is going up for the second time. This is ridiculous. Definitely not worth paying over $300. I now will be searching for a facility closer to my new home.

This storage place is is horrible from the customer service manager at my storage place to the fact that they do rate increases out of nowhere claiming they sent you something in the mail no phone call no email no notification that they're going to rate increase you I pay my account online why not set up a notice saying hey your rate is going to increase they don't do any of that and they raise my rent astronomically.
