I have been renting from Tammi at Extra Space Storage 2420 E. stop 11 Road for the past six years now. As with any business there always seems to be an issue somewhere. If any arise they were solved quickly. I’ve heard the words “run strict” when talking to another customer, to me that means secure! I left there with my overhead door open yesterday and I received a phone call from Tammi asking if I was on the site or not because my door was unlocked and wide open. Her concern makes me feel secure with my belongings there. I am now also leasing a office space from them. I use it to fix up Mobility Chair‘s and furniture to resell. That is very convenient having your office in front of your storage units. I believe their pricing is fair. However, every six months there’s a price increase. (Not being increased during Covid19) If you stay there for years with multiple units like I have, that gets frustrating. That’s business, I understand. I personally feel that someone with multiple units for long periods of time should be able to stay with a price freeze. I am still there, and happy to be there. The security and the concern of the manager Tammi keeps me there. And I would recommend this extra space storage to anyone.
