Staff is friendly and helpful. At first nothing was available. But quickly, before we even left, we had one come available within a day! Rented it online, quick and easy!
Fast and Easy!!
I had a great experience securing a space online which was more convenient for me due to my work schedule. I was unable to find my unit, initially and when I called the customer service number, the representative told me he would reach out to the property manager and have them contact me. That never happened so I had to go up to the store. The property manager was very nice and apologetic. She informed me that there was an offsite location and directed me.
I really loved extra storage space they help me on the phone and on the internet and especially when I went into the building they really help me I would advise anyone to go there it's a great place store your thing

The customer service rep showed us the storage unit, helped me setup my mobile app, explained everything in detail and the provided a card in case we needed any assistance. Also the location is very convenient and easy to enter and exit.
Ease of use and more reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
