I had a storage unit with them since 2014, and just recently moved out! I moved to a different state in 2014 and couldn't take all my things with me. It took years, but the staff here was always super helpful and answered any questions I had; like what unit number I had after 4 years because I was finally going to start taking things back to AZ with me they always kept me informed of price increases (expected since I was 6 years) and any policy changes. Premises are very clean, prices are reasonable (I got the internet rate) and the person I dealt with was friendly and professional. Also important is they have several hand carts so you are not waiting on someone to finish. I recommend Extra Space on Jones.
