I really like this place, even though I don't personally have a storage unit here YET. Hubby's organization does and we come here occasionally on errands to gather or place something in their storage unit. Their unit is a mid-sized interior unit, in a corner area of one of the buildings near the office. It's easy to get in, to park while we're dropping off or picking something up. Very helpful personnel, clean, secure facility. Price competitive. Customer service swayed my decision to use this facility. My only concern is that the area for storing RVs is limited do spaces are on a slant. My front tires will be sitting in rain run off, I believe.
Staff is friendly and professional. I got a great rate. Property is very clean. Units have individual security systems and is very secure so I feel comfortable storing my things here.
Reserved a unit using their online reservation system. Apprehensive about that but everything promised was well noted.Very clean and modernized facility. Very impressed with the outside elevator and bathroom. Great rates. Very good customer service but the paperwork did take longer than anticipated. I would recommend this facility to those needing storage. Past customers of Storage One of which we would never return. Thumbs up to Extra Space Storage.
As another reviewer wrote and described this place has a very unprofessional staff. High prices also that keep getting higher once you move in.
Ugh. The staff here couldn't be bothered to stop their conversation between one another (just gossip from the sound of it) to even greet or assist me. When I said "Excuse me, are you guys open?" after waiting politely for several minutes, the one seriously no crap rolled her eyes at me and walked away!!!!! The other employee just stared at me sullenly without saying a word, obviously not happy I was interrupting their gab session. Since it was clear they didn't want a customer, I just left. And...
