RecommendedI just want to say is that not everything is perfect. Any where anyone goes needs to have lots of patience. I also believe if something goes wrong the company should not only apologize but give that customer a discount for the next month payment. But I believe I had a hard time because I'm disabled. Natalie did her best to make me feel comfortable...it wasn't her fault that storage was difficult. I just ask that maybe down the road if one day a storage on the first floor becomes available...I can have it. Thank you...

Both Brittany and Natalie were super attentive. Moving is hard enough and grateful they made the transition to a larger unit smooth. They waived my transfer fee and honored the online rate. :)
