I seldom leave reviews and never write unless I’ve tried working things out with the company. That said, this storage company will not get our business again after we move. The elevator has worked about 10% of the time and we visit about once or twice a month. The rent has increased twice in 1 year which has put financial strain on our family. We are also not able to get in touch with the office management. We do get bombarded with texts if they have issues processing payment, but can never answer our questions about th... read more
