I've been using this storage facility for a few years since I moved back to NY. When I lived nearby this location was very busy throughout the day with people going and coming. The staff back then were really cool helping me pick the correct size unit and made the process seamless for me being a few states away. It's been a convenient location a few blocks between the N train and 7 train. As we all know, moving can be hectic + stressful. My experience with this particular Space storage has been wonderful because staff like Rod and William and Mohammed are very helpful, polite, and always pleasant to talk to. They're always there willing to help me anyway I needed help. The best customer service by far! I highly recommend this storage because they keep it clean and staff are helpful.

My husband and I reserved a storage room and as soon as we got to the location to check out the room, Mohammed walked us through the entire process and showed us the room. My husband was in a rush to get back to work, but Mohammed was swift and thorough with the entire process. He was very welcoming and friendly. There are lots of perks about this place and they're also very accommodating. I would definitely recommend renting from here if you're looking for a storage place.

I reserved the space the day that I needed to store my items and got the size I needed. As soon as I arrived at the facility, I told Angela I was in an extreme hurry to catch a plane. Her and Santos were able to get my items in my unit (5x5), guide me though the contract, and get me out of there in less than 15 minutes. Straight up life savers. 5 star all the way.
