This review is specifically about the Naperville/Ogden location. Here are a few minor gripes to warm up a bit. Rates go up constantly. In the winter, the gate or better the keypad has constant issues. At one point, the gates (both) were left open for weeks. If you happen to get locked out and try to use the customer service button on the terminal the system just hangs up on you. Why do we pay storage fees when the gates are being kept open? The facility is clean and with a manager on site I feel like the location is well secure. If that's all you need in a storage facility then I would recommend this location. However, from a service stand point I think the manager and assistant manager have a lot to learn about customer service. My experience at this location is that I rented a smaller unit and after trying to move in I noticed I didn't have enough room.
