This review is mainly a shoutout to the worker Reyna but also for Extra Space as a whole. Reyna was able to answer any and all questions I had as a first time storage unit renter. She went above and beyond to ensure that 1) the unit would meet all of my needs and 2) I'd save as much money as possible- rarely do workers/salespeople recommend a different site to rent from because there is a better deal for the customer over there. I spoke to Reyna today requesting to move out because I received a notice that my monthly rate would be $190 starting 11/3/2024. She explained that she can submit my account for review to see if my monthly rate can be lowered but she will need to contact me back tomorrow because it takes 24 hours to get a response. I told her sure if she can get my rate to an affordable price I will stay, if not then I will move out. Her customer service was amazing! She didnt have to do anything but ask when was I moving out.
