Great place, clean and very friendly, and knowledgeable. Carlos is greatly helpful and goes above and beyond his job to make us feel our stuff is safe.
I was behind in payments due to my financial situation (note: some of us are here because of financial hardship) so what does Extra Space Storage do - they tack on $120 foreclosure fee on top of $55 late fee - ended up paying $542 because I was late with 2 payments! As soon as possible will be moving out. I'm part of a few business groups, BNI and Chamber. Will make sure they do not get recommended.
Service is horrible, asked Reyna to speak to the district manager! She replied in her smug way, "I am the district manager." No, you are definitely not ..you are a "district team lead" your card says. Bait and switch from the moment you walk through the door with your all your stuff.. sorry it slipped my mind the real months rent is $50 higher .. 3 months later doubled in price! Stick to public storage at least they don't have Reyna

-5 service is not too bad , but there is no control on who come in and out am talking about you put your code and a bunch of people come in and same way on your way out people just come in it could be people with an account but where the storage is located very high crime goin on there is no control about that also people goin wrong way at 20 miles per hour on a 5 mile speed.limit inside the perimeter ni control either . Renters beware: expect a 50% rate increase at 6 months. They claim the advertised rates are "promotional" without actual promotional messaging. In fact, their marketing message says "lock in your rate". Very shady.

Space is fine, locker great, but they took me from $71/month for their smallest unit to $115 with now warning! They said they emailed me but I searched my gmail and they didn't. And how do you increase your rates that much, that quickly? There are plenty of other competitors around and this is how they treat their customers.
Absolutely terrible choice for a storage facility. My unit was one of 8 broken into in one night. After talking to several others that have a storage unit at the extra space on 29th, I found out that this facility has had a lot of burglaries. I asked the on site manager what kind of measures that they would be taking in order to try to prevent this from happening again, and he responded by saying that he sees people trying to get through the fense everyday and if they are going to get in, they'll get in! I have been using this storage area for a year already ... upon signing up the black woman at the desk was very very friendly .. and helpful I appreciated her service. Reserving the unit and moving in was a breeze. The Asian man who helped me was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. So why the 2 star rating? I feel like I was part of a bait and hook scheme. I moved into my small storage unit in February for a monthly rate of about $109 which included insurance. June rolls around and I get a notice that my monthly rate changed to $173! Whoa that's quite a jump! Thank God for month to month leases.
