I find it strange that Mike wouldn't let me leave the facility until I posted a google review. He requested that I call when I took the lock out of the storage unit. During the phone call, he told me not to exit the property until I "signed out of the system". I don't think someone should lie and try to con someone into posting a 5 star review with my unit number on it. He claimed that it'd be taken down after I sent it, and it was an electronic signature. Lynn the manager is a sweetheart. She is very helpful and professional. I've stayed with this location only because it's convenient and also, because staff is helpful. However, my comment is towards the company in general. Pricing is just a joke! Your storage space does not increase or expand 5 ft every 3 to 6 months, so why do you increase your prices? I have no problem with the service but the pricing is ridiculous. I complained about this to the staff at this location. They can't do anything. I started at a certain per month rent and it went up 3.5 times in 2 years.
