Great customer service and great promotions
There was a problem with the code I was given to enter the gate. Cylinder lock needs to be easier to understand how to lock and unlock. Very little available units so I had to take what was available.

The price for the unit my husband and I were looking for kept going up at another based on availability, which was frustrating. I looked into Extra Space and the price was just right. I think what sold me was the person I interacted with at my location (Michelle) was so helpful and personable. The location is easy to access and very clean, which is appreciated.
The customer service here is excellent. Staff are friendly. Check-in process is smooth and clear. Best prices in the area. Highly recommend!
