In Philadelphia, the 23rd and Washington Avenue store is so convenient to anyone living in center city. The building is new, big and clean (including the parking). We are a nonprofit organization and the staff, particularly Armondo and Alexander, have been patient with payment arrangements and support during the unexpected covid pandemic. With all arrangements happening remotely and our move happening after business hours they did everything possible to be sure that we were comfortable and confident that our move would be successful and seamless. Greatest storage space ever!
Clean, safe and reasonably priced. Armando was so helpful in helping choose the best sized unit for my needs. The facility is super clean and the staff is accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage!
