Very nice, friendly and professional. Delay, on my part, in renting and moving. They are A+ as far as security goes. I didn't place a lock on the storage until filled. They do unit checks 2/day and would call to check and verify if there was any issues. Highly recommend

good location, but the whole thing is on a hill so there's these big ledges on all of the units, but everything is drive up which is nice. It's a little awkward driving around, but otherwise, good site, nice staff
I loved booking my reservation online for convenience as i was at work. The email regarding my booking was promptly in my email. following the email the company reached out to me, the rep i spoke with was Molly. She was just a pure delight to work with. She was well versed in her business FAQ's, she was able to move me through the whole process online in less than 5 minutes. She was very bubbly over the phone as well as professional and polite. So excited to use this storage till i find my dream home in 90 days. Thank you

Had a very good experience using this location over 16 years ago and now that I was moving back to Albuquerque, I hoped and trusted I might have the same great experience. I was not disappointed. Ken was extremely helpful and accommodating. I was harried making arrangements from California while packing and making my move plans but once I spoke with Ken, I didn't worry about my storage needs. His customer service is impeccable.
