My rent almost doubled because of the real estate’s value increase?? In my opinion, this technique is used to extort money from those who’s able to pay the high price. I called in about my first rent increase on September (last month) and the price fell to under $200/month with a note on my account saying not to go above this amount. I just went and found another secured storage company who safely offers the same amount of protection for under $100.
