My rent almost doubled because of the real estate’s value increase?? In my opinion, this technique is used to extort money from those who’s able to pay the high price. I called in about my first rent increase on September (last month) and the price fell to under $200/month with a note on my account saying not to go above this amount. I just went and found another secured storage company who safely offers the same amount of protection for under $100.

Have a unit at the Columbiana Rd- Vestavia Hills facility. Definitely don't rent here if you don't want to get ripped off. They just increased there rates for the second time in one year. Pure highway robbery! Rent anywhere else but here!
