I'm so impressed with the staff and facilities at Public Storage in Pasadena!! Everything is clean, and well kept, and the process was very easy and simple to obtain a locker. From the time I made the phone call to inquire about information, the manager, Donna took exceptional care of me. She had amazing communication and went the extra mile to ensure I had the best customer experience.
