Back in 2016-2017 we met Rick Plitt at the millersville locations and was extremely satisfied with his customer service. We knew that if we ever needed storage again that we were going to use Extra space again . Now in 2020 to our surprised we walked into the Glen burnie location and WE FOUND RICK AGAIN. .. The World Needs More “RICKS†lol
