I have used other extra space locations in the past but they don't compare to this one! I used the facility for a short term rental. The facility is very clean and well maintained location is very safe and had no fear leaving my items their. Also every time I came the facility was pretty empty and felt the location was very safe. What really brings the experience all together is Mike! I have to say he has always been professional and kind and has helped me with any issues I have had! Been a customer for a while now. The staff there have always been friendly and polite. Mike is great. Very helpful. I needed to have my lock replaced after someone stole my keys and he was super efficient about the replacement process. The process felt very secure. I never doubted the security there, but seeing what Mike had to do to get the old lock off was impressive. What I really like about this place: The security gate and cameras. But mostly the AC. It's difficult to keep storage centers cool in Arizona in the summer... read more

I easily reserved a storage space online. Quick and efficient. I received a reply and my storage unit will be ready and a lock waiting for me inside. I drove, found the unit and there was a lock I store some goods locked it up. At that moment I received the phone call from the office asking if everything was okay I said fine I stopped in to the office and spoke with Mike who was very helpful. All in all I'm very successful operation no hassle just nice people and it really clean storage facility I highly recommend it

Very easy to book online. I was able to do the whole process without visiting in-person yet, I received service like someone was present walking me through each step. The team was very responsive and Mike was extremely nice. Would highly recommend storing your items with Extra Space.

I have no idea why it only shows two stars but you can tell that this place has been totally revamped and I had a great customer service from the gentleman at the front desk in the midst of my chaos in moving and closing my business it was super easy to get a storage unit online so that I was able to go in there late at night after office hours and the lock for my unit was already inside of the unit I got the code emailed to me to enter the gate and it was seamless when I went the next day the gentleman at the front desk gla... read more

I reserved a unit with Extra Space Storage and the representative that assisted me was Mike. He was very professional and friendly. The process was quick and smooth. I have rented from them before, and I was very satisfied. I know the same thing will happen again. Thank you for your help.

We rented several sized units over the past 2 years when a family member moved in with us. The facility is very very very clean, well lit and secure. The staff is very professional and welcoming. At one point we needed a size that wasn't available. They kept following up on their end and did find a spot for us. We weren't forgotten. This may not be the least expensive facility in the area but I doubt there is one better in overall facility management.

I can't believe how clean this facility is. No trash, weeds, dirt, dust, spiderwebs. Nothing. And the office staff were friendly and professional. They even matched the online price of the unit I was looking at. All of this coupled with the incredible security measures---what more can I say. You won't be disappointed.
