Buyer beware! Rate increased by 53% after 3 months! Also had an issue getting in initially because the clerk told me that semi trucks frequently delivered there but the truck delivering my furniture did not fit. Had to switch to another location on moving day while the truck sat there waiting. It was a very stressful experience.

Storage is great and clean and all but I got my unit 2 MONTHS ago and I am already receiving a notice of a rent increase of $90??? It's just ridiculous how they trap you in with a reasonable price and then boom, you're paying almost double in a blink of an eye every month. If the price seems good when you get a price quote don't expect it to stay that way, it will quickly escalate. It's disappointing.

My youngest son was furloughed from his work due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Was trying to work out payments which I managed to. I asked in good faith if they would waive any late charges, they refused. Also charging him $89.00 for a pre-foreclosure fee which we aren't foreclosing. Give the kid a break. Nope not them. Extra Space Storage in Peoria, AZ - Watch out - they OFTEN RAISE PRICES after you move your stuff in because they know it's not convenient for you to move your stuff out - It was OK at the beginning but they started raising prices. Just this month my unit went from me paying $65 a month to almost $110 a month! I will be leaving and going to a more affordable storage place. I found one just as nice and close to me for $55 a month.
I went to the office after reserving a unit online to view the unit and rent it. I made sure to reserve online as it stated it was the only unit of that size left. Upon arriving, I was told that there were multiple of that size, which was frustrating as I made sure to arrange my day to get down there and claim it.
