Customer service is amazing and the property is very clean
Had when I was looking for a good price good location
Like many others, just 4 months after moving into a unit they raised the monthly rental fees almost 50%. Nowhere does it state the price you agreed upon is temporary or limited time however it does not state your pricing is guaranteed for any certain term but raising almost 50% (in my case, $240 up to $340) per month is entrapment. The time, effort and resources needed to relocate would make most people accept it...basically extortion.
