I am a new customer to Extra Space & this is my first time using any storage company. The representative that I worked with on site (after reserving on line) was extremely helpful in showing me the unit & explaining access & the availability of other units if I wanted to change my mind. The grounds and property were very clean. So, initial impression is very good. Hopefully, I won't be disappointed by increases in rent, etc.

Shawn was extremely helpful & made me feel really comfortable about my first experience using a storage space. He walked me to various units until we found the perfect spot for what I needed for short term storage as I'm moving, need to sell items, and am in-between houses. I feel safe & the place is very clean & well-lit, plus the drive-in bays are perfect for this winter weather!

Craig was awesome and made the process extremely seamless. I needed to get the unit rented and was going to be cutting it close to closing time. Craig had me send him most of my info in advance and had everything ready for me when I arrived. He was awesome.
