I have been renting a 10x10 storage locker here for 3 years. I received notice last week that the latest increase was now $194/mo. On line they currently offer 10x 10 units for $85/mo (what my initial rent was 3 years ago). I called them and they would not honor that rate for my current space. In order to get the $85/mo price I had to move from my current 10x10 to a different, equal 10x10. Absolutely ridiculous. It will be a VERY short rental this time. They will pay the real price for their lack of loyalty.

I wont use them again. They more than doubled my price of storage after a month. This was ridiculous.....how can you change prices like that. Facility was clean but because of dishonesty on pricing, I wont recommend them.
