Great Team to work with. Facility is clean and folks are super friendly. They work hard to provide excellent customer service. I guess my only complaint is I wish there were more carts. Some time you have to really search.
Due to COVID only one person is working in the office but she is patient and hard working and works to find the best solution. Very customer oriented and extremely professional.
The facility is in a great location and very clean and well organized. The two customer service reps I dealt with were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient! I had a slightly complicated situation so I chose to go into the facility to speak with the customer service reps in person and everyone I spoke with worked hard to understand my situation and find the right solution for me.
