Very seamless online reservation of my storage unit followed by a very friendly and comprehensive telephone contact to finalize my rental agreement. They also let me know that I can reach them with any questions under the local number they called me from. It is good to know that they’ll be available and happy to assist. Very pleased so far! We have been using Extra Space Storage in Toms River for over a year. The facility is very clean and safe. We just downsized our unit. Adam & Nick were extremely helpful. We were in and out of there in no time and moved our belongings to the new unit. I would definitely recommend the facility. Customer Service has been outstanding.
