I want to just praise Treniece for her professionalism, follow through and always willing to help attitude. She has always gone above and beyond what I asked or expected. It is hard to find really good professional customer service where a person tells you that they are going to do something for you, then truly follow-up with you as they said. Service has always be good. My rent tripled without me being notified. After complaining they cut it back to just being doubled, but I still think that was excessive. Not notifying me was the biggest problem. Just all of a sudden my cc was charge an excessive amount.

The new site manager Treniece is wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and informed me on everything I needed to know. I left the office more comfortable about using this company.

My Extra Space storage in Irving was awesome! Clean well kept up facility! My items were there for about three years, and everything was in pristine condition when I removed them. No bug issues at all. I had their indoors climate control units. I would definitely go back to do business with them. I highly recommend this place!

I was able to find storage here in less than 1hr the process was so easy and fast. Did everything online so convenient,after that I got a call from someone to confirm my rental so professional and helpful!
