I was very impressed at how bright and clean the facility was. It absolutely did not feel as if I was in a storage facility. The over the phone rental process was spot on, seamless and time efficient.

Great customer service!!! I came in with a size of a unit in mind and was completely blown away by how clean the facility appeared and how accommodating Rob Hamilton made my visit. He ended up showing me a better unit with easy access, climate control and a great rate !!! Would definitely recommend !!!

I was so impressed by how clean and efficient this storage facility was. Impeccable professionalism from the manager Eric. He was sympathetic to my needs, and made sure I understood the process and walked me through everything. I definitely recommend.
Joe was absolutely wonderful in helping us get our storage unit. He went out of his way to get me a unit that is a straight shot from the door to the elevator. Then it's another straight shot right to my unit. Being disabled he made it so easy for me to store my stuff without my having to walk very far. I am so grateful to him for all of his help.
Wish I could give 0 for the poor service and being treated badly. I would avoid this place
I have had my storage unit here for about a year now. This is the only storage place I can find that does not have the bathrooms open during this pandemic. How are we to wash our hands? This is BS and the management doesn't give a flip. They are just too lazy to keep the bathrooms clean because they've had people living up here and using them as a full service bathroom. Came in to price storage for my boat at 4:00p. Door was locked and after I pulled, an Asian man opened the door. He was with a customer. After about 25 mins he asked if I was there to make a payment. I said no I would like to rent a storage space, please. He apologized he hasn't called me back, stating all the Property issues including staffing, maintenance, security. So simpler asked if you have any spaces for a boat. He mumbled something and picked up the phone. I left thanking him on my way out.
