The on-site staff was very helpful and friendly. Made the experience a positive one. Also, the location is great for my needs.
Extra Space Storage was super easy to use. I reserved my unit online and they got everything ready for me over the phone so that I could go to my storage unit without any assistance. They left me a lock and explained to me all fees which were helpful. It feels very secure and I really liked how they had carts to make moving things into the storage unit super easy.
Easy to get a unit, easy access, and very clean. Process couldn’t have been more simple. Great customer service too.
