The location can't be beat (for me). I like that you don't have to open a gate to get in and out. It feels safe to me also - important!
Extra space staff are wonderful during what can be stressful times for customers moving, downsizing, reorganizing etc They are there with a smile and guidance and advice. The units are convenient to get to and I feel safe going at all hours. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage!!
Great customer service
From the first call to find out the details of rentlng the storage unit, and then filling up the unit was a very hassle free experience! The loading dock easy to access, into the building, plenty of carts to use, elevator right there! and until pretty easy to reach with the signs showing the way......
