I had a great experience on this facility for so many years, Customer services is Excellent, The location is easy to find and property is always clean. January Aguilar demonstrated they keep customer's security as a top priority. I highly Recommended this place..

The facility is nice, and the person working inside is very helpful when you first reserve a unit. Sometimes lights are out and it's hard to see your items, but other than that we have no complaints about the unit. However, it feels like a bait and switch occurred with the cost. This is a month to month company, and you had to pay 4 months up front - that's fine, the online price with the required insurance was about $100 a month. I have been here for less than a month and I am already ready to move out. It is extremely hot on the 2nd floor, so I don't know how "temperature controlled" this building really is. I reserved a unit for roughly $50/month but when I got there they said it was required that I pay for insurance a well. I have stored elsewhere and they did not require the insurance.
