Convenient location near the highway. The facility is clean! Jan was extremely helpful and very informative! She made sure our lock and gate codes worked before we left, even meeting us at that gate before we left. I highly recommend this place.
I have been a customer of Extra Space Storage for years at multiple locations. I have always been impressed by their level of customer service and convenient locations. Jan was great with her customer service. Helped me out a lot. I came walking cause I didn't have the car and even due to the COVID she still helped me out fill out my lease through the window so I wouldn't have to go back home and do it on my phone. She also was there on time when I arrived and was quick to help me get into my new storage unit! Thank you!

I needed some space and price was important to me, found Extra Storage E 40th Avenue and decided to give it a try. I went in today to get registered and worked with Mel. He was a true pleasure to work with, extremely polite and helpful, and I would totally recommend this facility and Mel!!!!

I have been renting a space here for my vehicles. It's been Great Beth is a 5 star with her customer service. She takes care of her customers.. Thanks Beth for all you do you keep the storage place really clean.
If you are looking for clean, friendly and secure this is the place for you. I've never been at a storage facility that is so well maintained and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They were even nice enough to give our dog water on a hot day! Extra space storage has made an amazing impression on us and we will be using them for any of our storage needs.
