This is a great place so far! I just signed a lease this month and they had wonderful customer service and full understandable responses to every question I had. Pretty cheap too!
After reading all the raving reviews here and on google, decided to use this place for car storage while flying out of Denver. The process was smooth and efficient from calling to book the spot to dropping off the car. Everyone I spoke to or met with were the most pleasant people and Stefanie rocks! She answered all of my questions, helped me with getting a ride to the airport and just made me feel "at home". And on top of that with the current special, the 1st month is $22!
Needed a storage facility convienent to airport side of town. I met the manager Stephanie who could not have been more friendly and nice. Showed me a unit that would work. It was clean and while no storage units in Denver are cheap these days it was reasonable. Stephanie keeps an eye on things and you feel like your belongings are as safe as possible. Highly recommended.
Rented a 10x20 storage for $138 a month. Two months later they raised the rate to $218 a month. Highway robbery.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a storage facility. When I moved in I was told I needed to pay for the insurance on the unit, so I did. Upon telling my friends they said that my homeowner's insurance covered it so I called the office here. I got a lot of run around about it from them, telling me that they would continue to charge me for the insurance unless I provided a full declaration page from my insurer, the bill wasn't enough. Never thought putting stuff in storage would be so complicated!! From the moment I walked in and had to deal with the "assistant manager", I knew I should have gone elsewhere!! The kid was a complete jerk, and the whole time acted like he was doing me a huge favor by getting me set up. I sucked it up because I was in the process of moving and was too busy to look elsewhere. This place is horrible. They took over and the service has gone downhill. My rollup door has been broken for over a year. They always have an excuse as to why it hasn't been fixed. But they managed to raise my rates 3 times during thos time amd I've not been able to enter my unit so I can't move out. Feels like my stuff is being held hostage.
