The Extra Space Storage Facility in Westwood is great! I like the units more compared to others around the area. The customer service is also great! Andy was very helpful and nice. Also has a nice clean restroom. And the climate control indoors is awesome!

So this review will share the good, bad, and ugly about Extra Space Storage. The place itself is very nice and well maintained. There is easy access to the building and your unit. The inside if the building is well lit. The staff are very nice and friendly. Denny is very helpful and informative. He is an asset to the company. Here’s the bad… the exit door is constantly broken and not working. It gets crowded with people pulling in and trying to back out or turn around. Now for the ugly and its ugly. What a wonderful experience with this facility. I had been looking for a clean and efficient storage unit finally we have found it. The manager Andy was so helpful and his staff. I will be using this facility for all my friends and family.
