I have been a customer for nearly four years, shortly after the Westwood facility opened, having spent nearly $4,000. Initially, I rented a 10 X 10, and for the past 1 1/2 years, a 5 X 10. Last Dec., I offered to pre-pay for a year at the rate offered to NEW CUSTOMERS and they would NOT give me that rate! I would have saved $9 /month, but instead locked in and pre-paid @ $73.15/mo.
