She helped me find the perfect storage space and took the necessary time to walk through the facility with me and explained everything in great detail. She is a definite asset to Extra Storage. The facility is clean, in a good location, and they even have carts you can use to move your stuff!

RecommendedStaff at Extra Space Storage was professional and friendly. The overall experience was good except when rats invaded the storage facility and they destroyed two rugs that were not stored in plastic containers.

I just found out today, May 22nd, that my RV was stolen on February 20th. To make things worse, they continued to charge me the monthly rate to store my RV there that had been stolen!! So disappointing!
