I had a wonderful experience at the one on Eldridge Drive it's Nora really helpful she help me out with everything I have to do and she still come through for me she's really a hard worker and if she's not mad at you should be thanks to her I won't leave Extra Space Storage you guys are great she goes out of her way to help everyone once again thank you Nora and like I said if she's not manager she should be thank you once again. Staff at Extra Space Storage was professional and friendly. The overall experience was good except when rats invaded the storage facility and they destroyed two rugs that were not stored in plastic containers.
