RecommendedThe facility was extremely clean. The process of moving in was seamless. But the thing that stuck out the most was Joy. The on site representative that assisted us. She was above and beyond in helping us. As well as being one of the nicest people to have the pleasure of meeting. We are super happy to work with this location specifically because of her.

Find somewhere else to store your things. We've been renting here for 2 years and will soon be moving. Reported a leak above our unit 2 months ago, it's still not been tended to. Today we arrived to the parking area (5 whole spots) full of cars. So went up to the second level by Trader Joe's (more on TJs later) where the ONE parking space was available. Only to find out that elevator was out of service!! So managed to find our way to the office, only to be sent outside to walk all the way around the building, up the driveway... read more
