Storage assistants are great. Only thing is they raised the rate about a month after we rented it considerably, 194 to 256 a month. I don't think that should have happened. No one ever mentioned that would happen.!

Needed a small space for an out of towner college student to keep her items at during summer break. I reached out to the call center and had a great first impression by the friendliness, information and specifics about the area and storage I'd need. The facility was extremely clean. The process of moving in was seamless. But the thing that stuck out the most was Joy. The on site representative that assisted us. She was above and beyond in helping us. As well as being one of the nicest people to have the pleasure of meeting. We are super happy to work with this location specifically because of her.

Moving my daughter out of her dorm for the summer and opened maps and saw how close Extra Space Storage was. Gave them a call discussed how much stuff we had to store. It was all done on the phone. The woman I spoke to was so helpful. She told me that I would receive a phone call from Joy and she would give me information on location, how to excess the building etc.... Joy is an amazing Manager. i moved furniture from Md to Chicago. I was unable to be there. She greeted my movers and opened my new unit. It was throughly cleaned and ready. she evened checked with them when they exited. I highly recommend this Extra Space storage. This is the second time I have rented from her. My daughter and her husband also rented a unit here. Thank you Joy!

It's so refreshing to great customer service. Joy was so helpful as I signing up at the location. My prior experience at the Harrison location hasn't been the best. Everyone seems to act like they don't like their job and takes it out on me. I was there for a long time but I wanted something closer and was hoping for a pleasant time and it was. Joy is the best!

Excellent customer service and facility. Trent is great to work with and was helpful during the years that I had a unit here. Building was always clean. Carts were readily available. Highly recommend this location.

I have used this particular facility off and on the last 5 years having just moved out again today. The staff is always easy to work with for both signing up and moving out. The hours generally work for me in terms of access to my unit (you can't get in after 10pm), but it would be nice if it was truly 24/7 like it was when I first signed up many years ago. The parking area can be a little hit or miss as it shares the space with a couple other businesses, but I think over the years there has only been 1 instance where I simp... read more

This place is exceptional. I have been so impressed by Kevin and the entire team here. They are helpful, engaging, and work hard to ensure you are happy. They have been more than fair in pricing (for Chicago) and they really do not try to gauge you with unnecessary expenses and charges.
