The facility was extremely clean. The process of moving in was seamless. But the thing that stuck out the most was Joy. The on site representative that assisted us. She was above and beyond in helping us. As well as being one of the nicest people to have the pleasure of meeting. We are super happy to work with this location specifically because of her.

I have rented with extra space storage at 3 different locations and have always had a great experience. The employees are extremely helpful. Joy at the Clybourn location couldn’t have been nicer.

Excellent customer service and facility. Trent is great to work with and was helpful during the years that I had a unit here. Building was always clean. Carts were readily available. Highly recommend this location.
