Move-in was easy. In person service was excellent. Rental space was easy to access and clean.

The rates were higher than other locations so competitive pricing would have been nice to have or a referral credit is important and was not offered. May still switch storage facilities due to pricing and no credits. I also was charged for insurance even though I cancelled it before the billing date.
