I booked my unit online, visited the location and I didn’t like the unit that was assigned to me. I went to the office worried that I won’t be able to change it but Bernetta was amazing she took care of me change the unit for me and waived the transfer fee she took her time and explained everything to me before I sign them.

My experience was awesome. Online process was very easy and quick. Bernetta was such a big help and took time to answer all of my questions. She goes above and beyond to help. Julius was also such a pleasure to speak to and very helpful. Thank you both for taking the time to help answer my questions and assist me when I needed it.
Great place to keep your things. Safe, secure, clean, and the office team is fantastic. Rates are reasonable and I would highly recommend this facility, 10/10.
