This my first time using a storage space n I recommend extra storage the overall place is clean the location of my unit is great the experience i s just wonderful

The customer service was very helpful and answered all my questions. The unit was clean and built-up so that the water/ rain would not collect there. The hatch for the lock needs some repair. The fees are affordable.

If there is any place I'd recommend for your storage needs, it would be with Extra Space Storage, I have been a loyal customer for years and no matter where I live, it I need storage, they are the first place I go. Thank you for protecting my belongings and for great customer service.

I was very impressed in how efficient and accommodating your staff at the North Lauderdale location was in renting a self storage unit. Having worked in storage previously myself, I would have to say, that your staff were on top of their game. Bernetta was outstanding and her efforts should be commended, as well as rewarded.
