I made the initial call to Extra Space because of the location. I visited the a couple of days later to confirm and view the locker. The manager remembered me from our conversation and I was given a tour to insure I was comfortable with the unit I had selected and the security of the facility. The place is clean, neat and perfect for our situation.

This storage facility is very clean and safe which helped greatly in making a decision to rent a unit in the first place. Rob was great with my questions and concerns after I made a reservation on-line and came in - in person. Rob showed me the units I was interested in seeing, and how to then find the unit I rented that same day. Great place and great staff. Excellent! Moving in was easier than I thought. All the lights come on as you walk in. All together a great experience. Deb

We selected storage at Madison Ave., Westwood, NJ....Rob was tremendously helpful and pleasant. Even throughout many questions (since first time need to rent storage) and several calls. Will recommend definitely.
