Helpful staff right price
After 3 months of renting, this company sent me a notice that they were jacking up my rent to $129. They lure you in with a promotional price, and in the contract it states that they can raise the rate whenever they want due to inflation. I understand that, but going from $72 to $129 is a 45% increase. You need to watch this company, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
