I did all of my rental experience online or by phone. I had very little interaction with in store personell because everything online was very easy to handle. I used a passcode, no issues. Found my unit, no issues. Had zero trouble going in or out, and if felt the area was quiet and safe. However, my one main concern was a turkey somehow managed to sneak into the park Iot, so i think there's a flaw somewhere in the fencing.. Of course I'm joking.
Just what I needed with little time to get it done! Sure was efficiant,knowledgeable and friendly! What more could you ask for from a storage facility?!
Move-in was extremely efficient and took no time at all. The staff was very friendly and walked me through each step, then escorted me to my new unit to show me around.
I was able to complete my rental over the phone. It was quick & easy all of my questions were answered. When I arrived to put my items in storage, the unit was easy to find & clean.
The whole process was quick and easy. The staff answered all my questions. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.......let me know that they had locks, boxes, etc for sale if I need them. The lot was neat and clean....which is a big plus in my book.
