RecommendedContacting Extra Space Storage was one of the best decisions thst I have made recently. I needed a place for my car during the winter as I am very arthritic and couldn't deal with the snow removal process and icy conditions. As a retired teacher, I give Extra Space an A++. The prices are great, the facility clean and secure and the managers are wonderful..Sue couldn't have been more helpful.I am signing up for next year and highly recommend Extra Space for all your storage needs.

Only been moved in 2 months and pryor to my january rent they notified me as of feb my cost will be goin up $100 per month when asking why the agent i spoke with didnt even know her math. said i was there 4 months and just moved in the 19th of november and my rent cost was goin up feb 19th which would only be 3 months. I wouldnt recommend bue to they will raise your cost at any time.

Ross is awesome! He is very personable and pleasant to talk with. My issue is the every 9 or 10 months "beatdown" on the price increases. This can not be justified in a fashion that makes sense. Taxes don't go up this frequently and I'm fairly certain the interest rates aren't climbing which would justify passing it on so everyone pays their share. This is especially cumbersome as a group of 10 of us tenants have been here for over 15 years. We can't go anywhere else because the tractor trailer that delivers our product cann... read more

middle of a pandemic and my rates have gone up twice. these folks are just straight out greedy. stay away from them and go anywhere else but here. looks like im moving up the street to bluebird. prices are more reasonable, theyll move all my stuff from my current locker and seem much more people oriented.
