Love this place! Always staffed, never had an issue with the gate, and you can speak to a human on the phone with ease.

Larry is literally the most amazing manager I've ever dealt with. He goes above and beyond what a normal storage manager will do. He accommodates me on everything I need, truth be told, probably more than he should! You will not be disappointed with the level of customer service here. He truly is the best. The reason I enjoy using this facility is because of him. The location is great!
This was the first time I have ever used a storage unit and I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. The office was clean and the manager was very patient as he walked me through my lease. He went to show me the unit, I then set everything up, and finally he went back to the unit with me to put my lock on it. I'm sure other places just send you on your own. Elisabeth and Daniella have gone out of their way to assist me with my storage needs. I've have rented or been responsible for the rental of (7) units, off and on, over the past (2) years and (1) constantly for approx. (4) years. In that time I've had the pleasure of having Elizabeth and Denie (sorry about the spelling) working to assist me with my storage needs. Extra Space Storage is a really nice facility, but the prime location most definitely costs you. Sure, it's convenient and secure with the gated entrance and friendly staff, but $110 a month for a storage unit? Call me crazy--but that seems ridiculous. If I lived in Grandview, I might be willing to pay the premium, but it's a bit of a haul from Bexley. I'm already checking into a less expensive storage facility once the weather warms up a bit!
The unit smelled like rat pee and rat poop was everywhere, they ate the inside of my shoe. Foam fell from the ceiling and I was not able to get any money back although I moved out of the unit 3 weeks before the next due date. It was a horrible experience. I didn't see any rat traps or poison which would have been nice.
This place will lure you in at a reasonable rate and raise the price exponentially. I dealt with poor customer service when the gate would fail to open multiple times. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. There are plenty other storage facilities available nearby.

Horrible customer service - also every 4-6 months rate increases. District Manager Natasha McKinley specifically stated I could not inform anyone about her mistreatment (she took 4 weeks to call me back) nor go above her in any way (she said "you cannot contact anyone above me to complain"). When I saw I was overpaying even the "regular rate" (website display $31 online with $50 regular rate & I'm now paying $59), it took 2 weeks to receive a callback (only way to get a callback is to sign up for service, which I did do), ... read more
